About the tour

Brighton 4-piece Comforts sight both 90’s Brit-Pop and early 00’s indie among their influences, capturing a warming sense of familiarity whilst still retaining a fresh and exciting edge. Having already gained tastemaker coverage from the likes of Clout, Earmilk, Atwood Magazine and Gigslutz. The band have had a whole host of BBC Radio plays including, Chris Hawkings on BBC Radio 6 Music and local plays from BBC Introducing. Furthermore the band continue making a name for themselves as an exciting live act to watch. Comprised of Sam Dembowicz, Matthew Botha, Alfie Webber, and Jamie Thomas, the band have slowly emerged over the past three years as a radiant force of indie rock warmth, depth, and heart. Comforts’ music is comparable to artists like Catfish & The Bottlemen, Sam Fender, and Young the Giant.
“Their cinematic indie rock is as ready for a dark n’ grungy club, as it is festival stages and arenas.” – Atwood Magazine.
“Interlocking guitar lines weave a tapestry of sound, reverberation and harmony dripping from every element.” – Earmilk.

“Bright sounding indie-pop with a catchy melody to them…” – Chris Hawkins, BBC Radio 6 Music.
